These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you (the “Client”) and Celeste Angelic London, trading as Sacred Rebirth Path Coaching  The term “Website” refers to www.sacredrebirthpath.com, all associated program portals, private membership areas, or pages owned and operated by Sacred Rebirth Path Coaching.

Please read these Terms carefully. By using our Website, enrolling in our coaching programs, purchasing courses, participating in group or one-on-one coaching, webinars, downloads, or any other services (collectively, “Services”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Flexi-payment plans require full commitment to the payment schedule until the balance is paid in full. Missed or declined payments may result in access being paused or terminated.

Any disputes shall be handled with integrity, first attempting resolution via direct communication. If unresolved, both parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation or binding arbitration under Canadian law.

You agree not to disparage Sacred Rebirth Path Coaching publicly or privately in any form.

 

8.0 Termination

 

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Website or Services at any time for breach of these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

 

9.0 Entire Agreement and Modifications

 

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sacred Rebirth Path Coaching. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Website and effective immediately.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective: 01 January 2025

No Refunds Policy

All purchases and coaching agreements are final and non-refundable. Sacred Rebirth Path
Coaching offers transformational services requiring your full commitment. Please ensure you are
mentally, emotionally, and financially ready to invest before enrolling.

Ask yourself before purchase:

• Am I ready to do the inner work?

• Is Sacred Rebirth Path Coaching the right fit for my healing journey?

 

One-on-One Coaching Sessions

Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice. Missed or last-minute cancellations
(under 48 hours) will be forfeited.

Subscriptions and Payment Plans

You may cancel subscriptions by emailing: sacredrebirthpath@gmail.com
Cancellations must be requested at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle. You will
retain access through the end of the paid period.

Other Services and Events

Custom coaching programs, workshops, or live events are bound by individual Terms of Service
provided at purchase. All policies reflect a no-refund commitment.
